I bought a ride-on toy from rydertoys.com, i was expecting a lot more for what I paid. It feels kind of cheap overall, which is frustrating because these things aren’t exactly inexpensive. The battery doesn’t last very long either, which, as you can imagine, is not fun when a kid wants to keep riding. Some of the parts also don’t feel super sturdy, so I’m not feeling great about how well it’ll hold up. Maybe I just expected too much, but for the price, I really don’t think it was worth it

I ordered a toy car thinking it would show up in time, based on what the site said, but it ended up taking a lot longer than expected. The tracking info barely changed for days, so I kept checking it over and over, which got frustrating after a while...
The toy car itself was fine once it finally arrived, so no real complaints there. It just missed the timing for a birthday, which was the whole reason I ordered it, so I probably wouldn’t buy from here again if I needed something quickly..

My kid has only ridden this twice, and both times the battery was basically dead way too fast. What’s frustrating is it’s not even clear who’s supposed to take responsibility for it, so I feel like I’m just stuck with a toy that doesn’t hold a charge

i mean, the ride-on car from Ryder Toys is fine overall, but the remote control isn’t as smooth as I expected. It works, but every now and then it feels a little slow to respond. Not a dealbreaker, just wish it was a bit more responsive.

It was mostly accurate, but not quite like what was shown in the photos. I also found the communication a bit unclear, which was annoying because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect

I ordered from rydertoys.com and, like, it all went through okay, but the checkout process felt a little slower than I expected. I did get the confirmation eventually, so it wasn’t a big issue or anything. Overall, it was fine, just kind of average.

I ordered a toy and ended up returning it because it wasn’t really what I expected. The return itself wasn’t too difficult, which was good, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. Support did answer me, but everything felt slow, and there wasn’t much follow-up unless I reached out. Overall, it was okay, but not exactly a great experience...

My package arrived totally crushed, and it felt like nobody really cared. I expected at least a little more care with the shipping, but the box looked like it had been tossed around the whole way here.

I tried getting a replacement wheel and battery cover for my kid’s ride-on, but didn’t have much luck. The website makes it sorta hard to tell which parts are actually available, and the responses took a while. Now we’ve got a toy we can’t really use because of one small broken part, which is annoying considering what it cost

I like the toy now that it’s finally put together, but getting it assembled was way more annoying than I expected. The instructions were sort of helpful but also somehow confusing, and a couple pieces didn’t line up as smoothly as they should have. It felt easy in theory, but I still ended up taking things apart and redoing a few steps. My kid enjoys it, so I’m glad we have it, but for the price I really thought the setup would be a lot smoother...

I was disappointed with this. The plastic broke after a few days of using it, so it really doesn’t feel like good value for the money. I expected a better quality for the price

The safety features are decent overall, but I’d tell others to look it over closely before relying on it too much. A few parts felt a bit flimsy to me, so while it’s not terrible, I wouldn’t say it gives me complete peace of mind.

I don’t usually leave reviews, and I went in thinking this would be a simple thing to sort out. I had a question about my order/account and figured support would point me in the right direction. After going back and forth for a while, though, it felt like they weren’t really listening or giving me anything useful. By the end, the main issue still wasn’t resolved, and the whole customer service experience was just really frustrating.

I’ve had this for a few months now, and it’s held up better than I expected. It gets tossed around and used rough, especially when they get going with it, but it still works fine so far.

I bought this as a birthday gift, but it was kind of a letdown. The kid played with it for a little while and got bored fast, and some of the parts felt cheaper than I expected. I've had better luck with similar gifts in the past, so this one was disappointing.

This ended up being a good size for my 5-year-old. The fit was mostly right, and overall I’m happy with it. A friend had recommended it to me, and I’m glad I gave it a try
